Areas of Interest

Women’s Midlife Mental Health.

Navigating the transitional period of peri-menopause and menopause, can be a complex and challenging journey for many women.  As a therapist with experience in women’s mental health issues, I provide compassionate support and guidance to help you cope with the physical, emotional, and psychological changes that can accompany this shift. It is my commitment to work collaboratively with you to develop strategies that align with the life that you envision. Together we will create a personalized approach that supports your goals and aspirations.

Neurodivergent Affirming Care.

Neurodivergent affirming therapy is a therapeutic approach that recognizes and celebrates the unique neurological variations of individuals, such as Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia, rather than viewing them as “disorders” to be fixed. This type of therapy emphasizes understanding and valuing a person’s individual experiences and perspectives, fostering an environment of acceptance and empowerment. My goal is to help you thrive as your authentic self, and provide support  as you navigate systemic ableism. We will focus on your  strengths, enhance coping strategies, and promote self-advocacy. My therapeutic approach aims to provide support that aligns with your specific needs and fosters greater emotional well-being.

Women who are struggling with conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, and those who are experiencing symptoms of peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause will find a place of security where they can find accurate information and support.
